It depends on your freezer; usually about 4-6 hours. Fill it at night and you'll have 50 cubes ready in the morning.
It measures 5.9 × 5.9 × 3.7 in (15 × 15 × 9.5 cm), so it fits in almost any freezer drawer or shelf.
